30 Day Return Full Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. With some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items.
If of course a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item - you are of course allowed to return your item for inspection and refund.
You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name - so we can process the return.
We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be sent to your original method of payment.
If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned to us after 30 days from purchase date - we reserve the right to not process the refund.
We do not cover the cost of returns.

- Choose your return reason
- Then select either:
- Money Back - refunded to original payment method
- Store Credit - sent as a gift card
- Confirm your return

Receive a QR code/ Shipping Label to use at parcel drop off point
Note - we do not cover the return shipping cost this will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
It may take up to 5 working days for the bank to process the transaction. If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, please contact us at: theteam@thrifted.com.
